How do I sign up for iDon'tQ?

Download and install the app, answer a few short questions, read and accept our terms and conditions, and that’s it.

I've signed up, why am I being asked to register a payment card?

You’ll need to register a card to pay for orders you make with iDont’Q. You can skip this step if you’re not ready to register a payment card.

What if I don't want to give you my payment card details?

That's OK. You can still login to the app and have a look around. But to start using it to place orders you will need to register a payment card and set a PIN.

Why do I need to set a PIN?

So we can verify that it’s really you placing an order. Your secure PIN prevents fraudulent use of iDon’tQ in case your mobile is lost or stolen (or ‘borrowed’).

What numbers should I use for my PIN?

Your PIN needs to be secure. Choose four digits that you can easily remember, but that won’t be obvious to anyone else. We recommend you use a different PIN to those that you use for your bank cards.

I've registered a payment card and set a PIN. Now what?

Then you're ready to order. Just login to the app and select the venue you want.

You can enable your location to locate the iDon’tQ venues nearest to you.

Tap on your venue to see more details including menu listings.

Choose what you want from the menu and when you're finished tap check order to view a summary. Check everything’s OK. If it’s all good, tap place order.

And that's it. Job done.

How do I know if my order's been accepted?

You’ll receive an app notification on your mobile. You’ll get another notification when your order’s ready to collect, or about to be brought to your table.

Do I really need to let you know my location?

Yes. When you place an order the app needs to check your location as part of the order confirmation process.

Also, by using your location information we can show you the iDon’tQ venues you want, not places on the other side of the country. 

I'm logged in. What are those icons at the top of the screen?

Those are shortcuts that give you quick access to the app’s most useful functions.

On the iPhone, the settings button is in the top left of the screen. Tap it to access the account options, where you can manage your profile and payment cards.

For Android users you can use either your device menu button (if it has one) or the settings button will be displayed in the top right of the screen.

The three icons in the middle are, from left to right: your favourites, messages and your current order basket.

Tap on the favourites icon and the app will automatically list your favourite ordered items for the current venue based on your previous orders. This is the fastest way to find what you want.

The messages section contains messages that venues have sent to you.

Use your basket to keep track of everything you’ve chosen before you place your order.

Finally, the home button is top right for iPhone, and top left for Android. Tap it to get back to the app’s home page.

I didn't register a payment card before but I want to now. How can I do that?

Log in to iDon’tQ and tap the settings button – top left for iPhone, top right or device menu button for Android. Select payment cards and follow the on screen instructions to add payment cards and set your secure PIN.
